Color Factory has always maintained a world-class facilities team and cleaning procedures across each of our locations. Moving forward, we’re leading our industry by implementing additional safety protocols to ensure each employee and guest is safe, including a mask requirement for everyone who attends. If you already purchased a ticket, but feel sick, have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can reschedule your tickets for another date.
YEP! Color Factory is doing our part to keep COVID-19 cases down. That means, during Phase 1 of our reopening, masks must be worn AT ALL TIMES (even while taking photos)!
APPROVED MASKS: well-secured cloth or surgical mask that fits snugly against the face and covers an individual’s nose and mouth. It must be made of a material that prevents the discharge and release of respiratory droplets from a person’s nose or mouth.
Face coverings with exhaust valves.
Face coverings made with materials such as mesh or lace fabrics.
Face coverings that do not cover the nose and mouth.
Face shields without the addition of a face covering.
Face coverings with inappropriate imagery/language displayed.
Bandanas and/or neck gaiters without the addition of an approved face mask.

Tickets are generally non-refundable and non-transferrable. However, if you feel sick, have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, contact us at email@example.com so we can reschedule your tickets for another date.
Yes! And, you can take your time going through each room. However, we ask that you don’t revisit any areas you’ve already passed through. (One-way only!)
Please hold on to your hats (and cell phones)! Color Factory is not responsible for missing items. While we do have a lost and found, we cannot guarantee that your missing item will

We encourage you to take as many photos as you like (as long as you’re wearing a face mask at all times)! That being said, please be considerate of others enjoying the exhibit. Tripods, external flashes and lights, excessive props, commercial or product shoots, media shoots, press interviews, and all professional video equipment are prohibited without advance approval and accompaniment from a Color Factory representative. Contact us at email@example.com for requests. To give you the option of putting your phone away and to help you appreciate the exhibits more fully, we’ve integrated photo booth stations throughout our space. Please note: despite our best efforts to keep these cameras & lenses clean, operational, and calibrated correctly, we do experience equipment failure from time to time. We can’t guarantee every photo station’s equipment at any given moment, so if you are worried about getting a particular shot please make sure to capture it on your personal camera as well.
