Our museum celebrates the many shades of Texas – from the dazzling violet of wild bluebonnets to the rich red of famed Viet-Cajun crawfish.

Space walk into our moon-shaped ball pit, which was created in partnership with NASA and honors the 50th anniversary of the Lunar Landing.

Color Factory brings together artists and creatives to create immersive experiences that tell different stories about color. Each installation engages the senses to take you out of the everyday – breaking down walls, inspiring emotion, and reminding you what it means to slow down and be present.
HOTTEA (Eric Rieger)
HOTTEA, an Emmy award-winning artist with roots in street art, uses brightly colored yarn to create his stunning installations.
Alicia Eggert
Eggert's dynamic sculptures inspire reflection and wonder, exploring the relationship between reality and possibility.
Ainsley Rose Romero
A designer from Austin, Romero prefers projects that require analog processes, collaboration, and the mastering of new mediums.
Efdot (Eric Friedensohn)
Friedensohn is a visual artist, designer, and creative director whose work spans across a variety of analog and digital art projects.
Christine Wong Yap
Wong Yap’s artistic experiments explore the dimensions of wellbeing relating to belonging, interdependence, and collaboration.

We’re located in the Upper Kirby neighborhood. The closest cross streets are Richmond Avenue and Kirby Drive. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of the paid public parking garage conveniently located directly across from us at the Kirby Collection building. Please follow all parking garage signage and use the self park option which is located on the 2nd floor and above. We do not validate parking.
